Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As someone self employed, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my schedule and livelihood. Please understand that my time is valuable, and these policies are in place to keep things fair for both you and me. 💗 Cancellations & No-Shows • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. 💬 Life Happens I completely understand that personal reasons and emergencies come up. If something unexpected happens, please reach out to me directly. Communication is always appreciated, and I’ll do my best to work with you when life gets in the way.
